Used shape 2 piece sledge hammer, 90-100psi, works but not steady?

Used shape 2 piece sledge hammer, 90-100psi, not sure if reliable. Back end is cut down a little for more clearance I think around the barbs off something? Has wear around nipple.

Tested March 2015 for psi reading.
