Scheduled to meet with Lou and Mike Grubb of Gramps and Grizzly

Scheduled to meet with Lou and Mike Grubb, aka Gramps and Grizzly this weekend for a video interview.

Attached is a scan of the embroidered Gramps and Grizzly patch from Mike’s Idema Jacket I posted a picture of here:

As seen on the patch, Gramp and Grizzly were known worldwide as the “originators of Constant Air” and in late 1986 (or earlier?) this simple modification totally changed the game along with the pump handle and direct feeds.

Nelson 12 gram in grips valves side tapped for constant air are clear evidence that a paintgun had been modified by Gramps and Grizzly.
Here is an example:

Anyone have any good questions they would like me to ask?

I have tons of questions in my head already but I would love to hear some of the stories everyone else has involving Gramps and Grizzly’s.

I’ll ask about their world travels, product distribution, who does hold the title for CA (G&G or Bud Orr) their distribution of Airtech products, work with Combat Connections and the Enforcer 3 being produced in New Zealand, Keith Idema and of course their attempts at modifying the Brass Eagle “Eagle” into a working semi automatic.

Also, it will be interesting to hear Gramp’s take on Tim McMurray’s trial against Sheridan and Sheridan’s president Ray Katz’s supposed friendship with the judge. According to Tim, Lou supposedly made the trip to Wisconsin at least once (possibly more than once since the trial date was moved and McMurray wasn’t even told) as a witness for Mac 1.

Update: Embedded above are Lou and Mike Grubb’s videos (or at least what has been edited so far).
